The Perfect Rooftop Doesn’t Exist…
A stunning rooftop view of the downtown skyline never ceases to amaze us. It’s hard to say which is better, the view or the pool. Luckily, at this property, you don’t have to choose!

Looking Up in Style
We love the use of the beautiful blue hue in this commercial space. It’s very elegantly tied into different elements throughout the space, drawing the eye up to the high ceiling. The hardest part about this shoot was deciding the best angle to capture all these details in one shot.

Wide Open Spaces
If you aren’t a fan of open floor plans, this property might just convert you. The high ceiling and huge, two-story windows really light up the space. And the view into the backyard helps bring the outdoors in to make the space appear bigger.

“Fall” for Austin with Us
The Texas Hill Country in the fall is a beautiful time of year, and we just love photographing Austin in this season. The drone let us capture the changing leaves, rolling hills, and the Colorado River in one gorgeous view. And you can even see downtown in the far background!

Home Sweet Home
We love this kitchen so much! It screams French country style with a Texas twist. The countertop is big enough for a large prep space and at least six people to sit. It’s easy to imagine cooking and enjoying a meal together here.

The Entertainer’s Dream Home
This is one of those homes that makes you think of all the gatherings and parties you could host in it. Wide open spaces, plenty of comfortable seating options, and a kitchen in view of all the action. Plus, that accent wall with the fireplace is beautiful.

Let’s Work From Home Today
This office is the perfect spot to work from home in! It even has a built-in Zoom background that doesn’t need to be blurred out. When we take photos of homes like this, we definitely take notes for our own office decor ideas.

Copper Is the New Gold
Wow, what a stunning use of materials! Capturing how the lighting plays off the copper elements and how they match seamlessly with the furniture in the background was an enjoyable challenge. We love working with unique spaces like this.

Dog Not Included (Sorry!)
There’s so much to love about this living room, from the stone wall feature and the marble fireplace to the emerald green chairs. And the best part? The dog (not included with the sale of the home, of course)! What a way to grab a potential buyer’s attention, though.

A Hero Shot for Miles and Miles
We love a good hero shot like this! You can see the entire commercial building complex and surrounding neighborhood, plus the weather was nice enough to capture downtown in the background. This is why we include a hero shot for every listing; it makes an excellent first impression on buyers (or renters).

A Picture-Perfect Airbnb
This picture-perfect patio and backyard are ideal for morning coffees, pool days, or evening glasses of wine. In one image, you can show an Airbnb guest everything they can enjoy here. Waiting for the right moment in the evening to capture a twinkling shot like this is worth it.

Corinth, TX | Photographer: Corey
A Backyard Oasis
We love a good natural rock feature by a pool. It really helps it blend more with the environment and gives it an elevated feel. This looks more like a private oasis instead of a regular backyard pool. It even matches the rock detailing around the foundation of the home.

Art Deco Happy Hour
The Art Deco styling really suits this downtown commercial space well. Whether it’s a hotel lounge or a swanky bar, anyone would want to come here and relax. We’ll catch you there at the next happy hour!

Blue Hues & Outdoor Views
This image really captures the size and livability of this home. The open floor plan and wide windows overlooking the backyard make it spacious while keeping the main areas centrally located. We also love how the deep blue color of the cabinets and island add more depth to the space.

Lakeside Living
Wow, what a view! This is the ultimate lakeside living experience. We can picture relaxing on the back patio, zooming around the lake on a jet ski, or jumping in the water to cool off on a hot day. If a picture is worth a thousand words, this one tells you everything you can do with a property here. And to make sure your listing is easily visible in a shot like this, we can add an aerial spotlight to it!
