Speedy scheduling is our specialty! We can typically get you scheduled within 1-3 business days. If you have a more urgent need, call us at 512.893.7451.
Our team is available Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm and Saturday from 10am-4pm CST. If you have an urgent need outside of regular hours, please text us at 512.893.7451 and we will do our best to assist you as soon as possible!
Great coverage is essential for any property which is why the total number of images will vary by appointment. A small condo might only require 15 images, but a larger home or commercial property might require over 30 images to fully capture the space.
We work diligently to make sure we can deliver processed images the day after the photo shoot with the only exception to this being Saturday appointments. Any photos that are taken on a Saturday will be delivered Monday morning.
You will receive a link to download your photos within your customer portal. You will be able to reference back to your images at any time and can invite other team members to access orders as well. For commercial shoots, you will receive images via a file share link that can easily be shared with team members and clients. If you prefer an alternative delivery method, let us know!
Before the shoot, if you desire any specific angles, please don’t hesitate to let us know. If you are on-site during the process, our photographers would be more than happy to accommodate any specific angles you prefer. After the images are adjusted and corrected through our rigorous post process, our experienced team of editors will ensure that you receive the best images highlighting the property, as well as any angles that were requested.
Images are delivered in .jpg format, both in high resolution format and resized versions for the MLS (residential properties). Please let us know if you require a different format or size for your images.
We are fully self-sufficient and don’t require client attendance, but you are more than welcome to be involved in the process as much as you’d like. If you do not plan to be at the property during the appointment, just make sure to provide us with any information needed for access.
Some recommendations for preparing the property include cleaning the entire property, hiding clutter, wires and trash cans, fluffing pillows, removing personal items and photos, removing cars from driveways, and mowing the lawn. A more detailed checklist will be provided prior to your appointment!
For residential properties, the entire process should take around an hour but more time may be needed for larger homes (over 3,000 square feet) or for add-on services such as 3D tours and drone photography. Commercial properties average 2-4 hours, depending on the amount of coverage needed.
We understand that certain situations require immediate attention. Do not hesitate to ask if we can schedule a last minute shoot and return images as soon as possible. We are prepared to go above and beyond to fulfill unexpected needs!
Please let us know as soon as possible if any scheduling conflicts arise. You can cancel an appointment by logging into your customer account, or by reaching out to us directly by phone, email or live chat. We understand last minute changes happen. With a 48 hour lead time, re-scheduling should not be an issue. If you must cancel a shoot, within less than 24 hours, a small cancellation fee of $40 will be charged to compensate the photographer.
While our photographers can shoot on cloudy days, we can not use our equipment in the rain. If gray skies become an issue, our editing team has the ability to add a blue sky replacement to almost any exterior photo! However, if the weather conditions are extreme or become hazardous, we will reschedule at a time convenient for you.
Our team is more than happy to travel outside of the city. Please contact us with specific details so that we can best accommodate your needs. Note that travel appointments often require more lead time and are subject to a mileage fee of $1/mile outside of 30 miles from the city center.
Payment can be made online in our scheduling system prior to the photo shoot or we accept credit card payments over the phone by calling 512.893.7451. We require residential customers to pay by 6pm the day before your appointment. We allow commercial clients to pay net 30 via check, using the link provided in your invoice, or over the phone.
We guarantee we will keep your images on our server for at least six months, although we often keep them archived for longer.
All photos created by Square Foot Photography are solely and exclusively owned by Square Foot Photography. We grant clients the limited right to use the photos indefinitely in exchange for a one time payment for a photo appointment. This limited right can be revoked at any time. You are welcome to share your images with your clients and team members but are prohibited from reselling them. For more information regarding photo rights, please see our Terms and Conditions.

When you order a photo shoot with us, we guarantee all customers the following:
All of our photographers are background checked, extensively trained and fully insured.
We will arrive on time to every appointment. If we are more than 30 minutes late, the photo shoot will be free.
We will deliver high quality images and re-edit or reshoot if you are not 100% satisfied.
We will respect and honor deal confidentiality for every photo shoot.
We will provide first class customer service.
