HOW DO I BOOK A PHOTO SHOOT?

Scheduling is very easy. Simply fill out our online form or call us at 512.893.7451.

HOW SOON CAN WE SCHEDULE?

We prefer to schedule our shoots with at least 2 business days notice.  If you have a more urgent need, call us at 512.893.7451.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIMEFRAME FOR PROCESSED IMAGES?

We work diligently to make sure we can deliver processed images within 24 hours after the shoot.

HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHS WILL I RECEIVE?

We base this on the property. A small condo in a downtown high-rise might only require 20 well framed exposures to encapsulate the space, but a large waterfront property that includes a clubhouse membership might require over 40 images to really get a sense of the home, space, and lifestyle.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?

You will receive a link to download the photos as a .zip file.  Be sure to uncompress the .zip file before viewing the photos.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE PHOTOGRAPHS?

Before the shoot, if you desire any specific angles, please don’t hesitate to let us know. If you are on-site during the process, our photographers would be more than happy to accommodate any specific angles you prefer. After the pictures are adjusted and corrected through our rigorous post process, our experienced team of editors will insure that you receive the best images highlighting the property, as well as any angles that were requested.

WHAT FORMATS, IMAGE TYPES DO YOU PROVIDE?

We can provide any format and Image type requested, please let us know if you would like your images specifically re-sized for web or print use.

DO YOU OFFER A BULK DISCOUNT?

We do, please contact us for more information.

DO I HAVE TO BE AT THE PROPERTY THE WHOLE TIME?

We are fully self sufficient and don’t require client attendance, but you are more than welcome to be involved in the process as much as you like.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO PREPARE MY PROPERTY?

As soon as we schedule an appointment, you will receive a brief list of recommendations to make your property stand out.

HOW LONG DOES THE PHOTO SHOOT TAKE?

The whole process should take less than an hour for any property less than 4,000 square feet. For larger properties please allow a little bit more time to cover everything.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SERVICES?

We understand that certain situations require immediate publishing. Do not hesitate to ask if we can schedule a last minute shoot and return images on the same day. We are prepared to go above and beyond to fulfill unexpected and surprise needs.

WHO CAN I CALL IF I NEED TO SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MUST CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A SHOOT?

Please let us know as soon as possible if any scheduling conflicts arise.  We understand last minute showings and appointments are unavoidable. With a 48hr lead time, re-scheduling should not be an issue. If you must cancel a shoot, within less than 24hrs, a small cancellation fee of $50 will have to be issued to compensate our photographer.

DO YOU HAVE A RAINY DAY CONTINGENCY?

We shoot rain or shine. Our team has the ability to add a blue sky to almost any exterior photo!  If the weather conditions are extreme and become hazardous, we will reschedule at a time convenient for our client.

HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?

Payment can be made online prior to the photo shoot or we can accept credit card over the phone by calling 512.893.7451.  We require residential customers to pay prior or at time of service.  We allow commercial clients to pay net 30 via check.

HOW LONG DO YOU STORE MY IMAGES?

We guarantee we will keep your images on our server for at least six months, although we often keep them archived for longer.
